The double room is new-fashioned with sofa bed and a TV plus all modern amenities. The food is good and the breakfast was great

The double room I stayed in was modern and brand-new with a balcony, which was really nice.

we would definitely go back certainly. the beds were comfy in our room. only 5 minutes walk from werfen center.

Excellent value and quirky place all in all, has outstandingly accommodating staff at the reception desk. Great breakfast, thanks a lot. The location is great in a beautiful area, next to the resturant, the funicular of the castle and the Hohenwerfen fortress. Plus, the hotel is located at a short distance from Hohenwerfen Castle.

We greatly enjoyed the central location. the staff were accommodating. - the room was neat with firm beds and all modern amenities. - the bathroom was large. - There was a variety of fabulous meals. - the hotel was near the train station, the mountains, and the castle's funicular.

Perfect place for a 1-night stay. Room was compact, there were climate control, a private safe and a radio. The hotel had a lovely breakfast with butter, tea and boiled eggs to order.

We had a nice stay for 1 night. We truly enjoyed the queen room. - the location was great; Hohenwerfen Castle was at a short distance. - the area was beautiful. - the restaurant was excellent for evening meals; it had delicious dishes.

Loved the convenient location for skiing, the stunning sun terrace, and the free ski shuttle. The restaurant and spa were a bonus. Safety first with fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, and a first aid kit. Activities galore and even mini golf! Deposits? Just what I needed.

Oh, did I forget to mention the charging for deposits? How exciting!

We had a fantastic time exploring Ski Amadé, which was just 12 miles away from the hotel. The free ski shuttle made it really convenient for us to get to the slopes and the ski storage ensured our equipment was safe and organized. The complimentary wireless Internet access was also a plus, allowing us to plan our days and stay connected with family back home.

In my wife's opinion, it would have been great if there were more child-friendly amenities available at the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the mountains, the castle's funicular, and the Hohenwerfen fortress, with a nearby restaurant.

A quaint and nice hotel, my first choice in Werfen. Reasonable base for discovering Werfen with amicable and excellent staff at the reception desk. - Magnificent and ideal position next to the restaurant which filtered through into the restaurant.

Great food, clean rooms, and convenient location. We had a wonderful time exploring the nearby "Burg Hohen Werfen" and taking a walk around the charming city. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Our room was absolutely cozy and perfect for us and our little one, complete with a crib. The staff at this 3-star gem went above and beyond to accommodate our late arrival, and they were incredibly sweet. We were pleasantly surprised by the ample free parking and the convenient elevator. Although we didn't have a chance to try the breakfast, it was easy to find the hotel and the location was ideal, close to the castle and the impressive ice cave. We felt right at home with the helpful and lovely staff, despite the occasional language barrier. The room was basic but clean and modern, and the value for money was exceptional. The location was perfect for exploring the charming town, visiting the castle, and driving to the breathtaking Eisreinenwelt ice cave.
